Happy New Year!!

We rang in the new years with our little girl in the hospital... She loves to cuddle with her daddy like this.. and I think it is safe to say that he is quite in love with her!!

Here is our little chickadee all bright-eyed and waiting for some dinner... We aren't sure- we know baby's eyes can change- but I am thinkin that she is gonna have her daddy's pretty blue eyes... (which is what I was hopin for)

And here's how our New Year's day ended....

Yep she barely (actually not quite but close enough) met the weight requirement to travel home in her car seat... she is such a good girl and we are absolutely loving having her sweet presence and spirit in our home... we don't even mind the sleep deprivation (not yet at least) We are still under quarantine- which means no visitors for a while but we can't wait for everyone to meet her!!

p.s. for privacy purposes we will refer to our little one as "KC" however that is not her name... if you are uber-curious as to what we call her at home (besides princess, punkin butt, etc...) feel free to e-mail me at Jessal24@hotmail.com and I will be happy to share it with you!!

Oh my goodness...look at that teeny, tiny little doll with all that dark hair! She's beautiful, Jess, and I am SO happy for you to have her home. What a tough little girl to be able to come home so soon--she's definitely her mother's feisty child. ;)
What a blessing it is to have your baby with you at home!!!!!
I expect MORE pictures!!! :) She's SO CUTE!!!!

She is so beautiful!! I'm so glad you got to bring her home. What a great way to start the year. Can't wait to meet her but we can wait. We didn't go out hardly all winter and we weren't under quarantine so I know how it gets, but its so much better for the little ones.

OK, DEAL! We will have to pull the ol' hook up with KC and Mason. I guess it didn't work with Austin and Carly (ha ha), so we will have to make a pre-arranged marriage work with our own kids! :)

She's beautiful, please post more pix!!! :)
